Jill Thompson

I am a Senior Plant Ecologist working at The Centre for Ecology and Hydrology (Edinburgh site). My research focus is Tropical Forest Ecology investigating biodiversity, plant community dynamics, ecosystem functions and disturbances. I have worked and lived long term in Brazil, Ghana and Puerto Rico. Recently involved in a project in Columbia investigating Silvopasture systems. Happy to be involved in any plants and environment research in the UK and international.
